About The Samuel Suite

The Samuel suite is our largest function room for hire with a capacity of up to 250 people allowing for 140 to be seated. The latter set up delivers as a perfect conference venue or as a training room.


For private parties and function room hire


The Samuel Suite function room includes Air-Conditioning, a DJ Booth, with LED and laser lighting, which is fully manned by our in-house professional DJ’s. You can arrange to create your own playlist (in advance) or you, your family and your guests can request your favourite songs. The suite has a dance floor which also has a screen where you can show pictures and videos if you wish, inclusive of the function room hire fee. (By prior arrangement)


The bar has a full selection of Beers, Ciders and Lagers as well as Wines, Spirits and Soft Drinks. You also have the option to extend the liquor license from 12am to 1am.

The function room has full disabled access via our passenger lift and we have a fully equipped disabled toilet with Radar key access; this toilet also has full baby changing facilities.


Our new smoking landing and free car parking which our security staff monitor to ensure that you, your family and friends ensure have a safe and enjoyable party.


For conference or training room hire


If you wish to hire the Samuel Suite for a conference or as a training room, our free car parking ensures easy accessibility in Bristol for your guests. Our air-conditioned conference rooms come equipped with Wi-Fi, conference tables, projector, screen, whiteboards and flipcharts. All have lots of natural daylight with blackout blinds, particularly suitable for presentations.


The Samuel Suite is a flexible room to hire and works suitably well as a corporate training venue as it has the option of an adjoining room to use as a separate learning area and/or as a dining room for lunch.


For both private party and business events we are able to offer catering including a wide selection of buffets or for a small surcharge; you can provide your own.

250 Person Capacity

The Samuel Suite has a capacity of up to 250 people or 140 seated in comfort. For corporate events, meetings, use as a training room and conference venue, this number may be reduced due to seating requirements.

Private Bar

The Samuel Suite is fitted with a fully stocked private bar. Our drinks prices are competitively priced with the local pubs and bars.

Large Dance Floor

The Samuel Suite has a large dance floor, perfect for Wedding & Birthday parties and live music events.

PA System

The function room is fitted with a PA system that can be used for public speaking and conference talks and speeches.

DJ Booth & Lighting

The suite comes fitted with a state of the art PA & Lighting system which is manned by our in-house DJ’s. You can create you own play list (in advance) or you and your guests can ask for your favourite tunes all night!


Whether you are delivering year end reports or embarrassing your child as they turn 18, our projector is fitted, working and included in your venue room hire.

Free Parking

Free and convenient parking is available on the club premises including in all private function and conference venue room hire. We have many spaces and overnight parking may be arranged with the management.

The Grace Suite

The Grace suite is the smaller of our suites with a capacity up to 150. The suite consists of DJ Booth with LED and laser lighting, private bar, ladies toilets and dance floor. The Grace suite also has a smaller room to the side with extra seating and tables for catering.
