About The Grace Suite
The Grace suite is our smaller function room with a capacity of up to 150 people allowing for 70 to be seated. The latter set up is particularly perfect for a conference or training room.
For private parties and function room hire
The Grace Suite function room includes Air-Conditioning, a DJ Booth, with LED and laser lighting, which is fully manned by our in-house professional DJ’s. You can arrange to create your own playlist (in advance) or your family and your guests can request your favourite songs. The suite has a dance floor, which also has a screen where you can show pictures and videos if you wish, inclusive of the function room hire fee. (By prior arrangement)
The bar has a full selection of Beers, Ciders and Lagers as well as Wines, Spirits and Soft Drinks. You also have the option to extend the liquor license from 12am to 1am.
The function room has full disabled access via our passenger lift and we have a fully equipped disabled toilet with Radar key access; this toilet also has full baby changing facilities.
Our new smoking landing and free car parking which our security staff monitor to make sure you, your family and friends have a safe and enjoyable party.
For conference or training room hire
If you wish to hire the Grace suite for a conference or as a training room, our free car parking ensures easy accessibility in Bristol for your guests. Our air-conditioned conference rooms come equipped with Wi-Fi, conference tables, projector, screen, whiteboards and flipcharts. All have lots of natural daylight with blackout blinds, particularly suitable for presentations.
The Grace Suite is a flexible room to hire and works suitably well as a corporate training room as it has the option of an adjoining space to use as a separate learning area and/or as a dining room for lunch.
For both private party and business events we are able to offer catering including a wide selection of buffets or for a small surcharge, you can provide your own.
